Our branch in Birmingham is currently seeking both a Junior Network Administrator and a Senior Network Administrator. The Junior Network Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users, provide first and second level telephone support, and identify and resolve computer system malfunctions. Additionally, they will perform diagnostics of network issues and provide remote IT support. The Senior Network Administrator, on the other hand, will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will have similar responsibilities to the Junior Network Administrator but will also assist Helpdesk Administrators, provide support to the IT team, and assist in server maintenance. Both positions will require troubleshooting network problems, configuring network devices, and providing technical support to users.
