Starting with Level I technicians who focus on executing scheduled Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs), hardware installations, and ensuring compliance with data protection procedures, our team escalates their expertise through Level II with added responsibilities including smart-hands assistance and detailed documentation practices. By Level III, technicians leverage advanced knowledge in server and network components, infrastructure management tools, and coordinate more complex operations such as equipment installation schedules and emergency procedures. Our Lead Data Center Technicians further elevate our standards by coordinating all scheduled MACs, implementing best practices for asset management, and ensuring our data centers meet rigorous industry standards and certifications.
