What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Huntsville Branch?
Our branch in Huntsville is currently seeking both a Junior Network Administrator and a Senior Network Administrator. Both roles involve installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, as well as providing first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. They also include diagnosing network issues, providing remote IT support, and assisting with server maintenance. The hardware supported includes Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment. Additionally, both positions involve providing technical support to users and troubleshooting common network problems. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
