What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Huntsville Branch?
Our branch in Huntsville is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure effective cooperation and communication. The main responsibilities of this role include preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, as well as managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. The Project Coordinator will also review and upload test results, physically measure rooms to ensure accuracy, and perform various project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance. Additionally, they will assist the program accounting department by spot checking labor, material, and subcontractor costs, and analyze cost and resource graphs to verify schedule progress. The Project Coordinator must be proficient in creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs, and will also be responsible for reporting audits and maintaining program level dashboards. Other duties may be assigned upon request, and the Project Coordinator will also assist in project closeout.
