What will you do as a Senior Project Manager at our IES Communications' Huntsville Branch?
Our branch in Huntsville is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, managing, supervising, promoting, disciplining, and discharging project-related staff as needed. They will also handle all human resource issues in accordance with company policies and procedures and escalate any concerns if necessary. The Senior Project Manager will provide guidance and mentoring to ensure that customer and company goals and objectives are met, while also managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining project profitability, reviewing job cost postings, managing quality and safety issues, acting as the company liaison with customer representatives, and implementing account process improvements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
