What will you do as a Technical Director at our IES Communications' Huntsville Branch?
Our branch in Huntsville is currently seeking a Technical Director who will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of technical experts, including Technical Managers, Field Engineers, Technicians, and support staff. The Technical Director will foster a collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and creativity. They will also collaborate with the Division Manager to define the technical vision and strategy for the program, identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and effectively allocate resources across projects.
