What will you do as a Project Cost Analyst at our IES Communications' Montgomery Branch?
Our branch in Montgomery offers three related jobs: Project Cost Analyst, Project Cost Analyst Manager, and Project Cost Supervisor. The Project Cost Analyst plans, manages, and monitors project profitability while working with project accounting to ensure costs are correctly posted. They also prepare budgets and financial forecasts, report variances, and collaborate with project personnel to prepare project reporting. The Project Cost Analyst Manager has similar responsibilities but also manages and supervises staff, completes recommendations for employee performance, and provides guidance and mentoring. The Project Cost Supervisor supervises one or two Project Cost Analysts, assists with creating a standard Job Audit review process, and implements underbilling reduction strategies. They also work with project accounting, review job audits, and ensure compliance with job cost, billing, and change orders.
