What will you do as a Survey at our IES Communications' Montgomery Branch?
As our employees in Montgomery, the Site Survey Technicians will work closely with the project manager to adhere to the migration schedule, ensuring accurate and thorough data collection from end-users. They will lead kick-off meetings with various locations, explaining the data collection and requirements process, while also conducting onsite assessments and collecting data for the site survey document. Additionally, they will update the web-based company site survey tool, gather wiring information, network device configurations, and circuit details, as well as review and modify submitted spreadsheets to fill any information gaps. They will act as the point person for the onsite project manager, ensuring timely completion and updating of all site surveys, and they will also be responsible for reviewing and collecting any additional data necessary for proper provisioning. Participation in all project phases, including site surveys, pre-migration work, and migrations, is expected, along with other assigned responsibilities.
