What will you do as a Controls Technician at our IES Communications' Buckeye Branch?

In our Buckeye branch, we have two pivotal roles shaping the success of our projects. The Controls Technician Level II is instrumental in executing the technical aspects of our work, focusing on low voltage cabling, interpreting prints and diagrams, installing control panels and controllers, and mastering conduit installation from 1/2 inch to 1-inch. Meanwhile, the Senior Lead Controls Technician plays a critical role in leadership, overseeing recruitment, training, and management of project staff, ensuring project profitability, scheduling, compliance with budgets, and acting as the primary liaison with customers. This position also emphasizes quality assurance, operational efficiency, and promotes a culture of safety, making it integral to achieving both customer satisfaction and our company goals.
