Additionally, you will maintain progress reports, provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership, and communicate with multiple departments to ensure program success. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will involve processing data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. You will handle employee and business partner queries, analyze and process off-cycle pay and adjustments, and calculate and maintain manual garnishments. Furthermore, you will compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting, assist with monthly journal entries and analysis, and perform other assigned tasks.
