What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Buckeye Branch?
As our employees in Buckeye, the Junior System Administrator and System Administrator are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, providing first, second, and third level telephone support and problem resolution, identifying and resolving computer system malfunctions and operations problems, performing diagnostics of systems and network issues, providing support to the IT team, and assisting with server maintenance and other IT related projects. They also provide remote IT support with remote control software and configure servers and network devices for new deployments per direction of senior staff, as well as assist with the administration and maintenance of IP based telephony systems and other responsibilities as assigned. Hardware supported includes Dell, Lenovo, and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, Canon and HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment.
