At our Cave Creek branch, the Controls Technician Level II plays a crucial role in the foundational aspects of our projects by handling low voltage cabling, interpreting various technical diagrams and specifications, and expertly installing control panels, controllers, and conduit ranging from 1/2 inch to 1 inch. On the other hand, the Senior Lead Controls Technician oversees the broader scope of project management including recruiting, training, supervising staff, ensuring project profitability, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and quality control, while also serving as the primary liaison with clients to guarantee satisfaction and adherence to budgetary and timeline commitments.
