As employees of our branch in Cave Creek, our Training Managers play a crucial role in reviewing and enhancing existing training programs to improve engagement, learning, and retention. They ensure that training materials and programs are up-to-date, accurate, and effective, staying informed about new training methods and requirements applicable to our organization and industry. They identify opportunities for improvement, conduct or facilitate training sessions, and ensure training milestones and goals are met within the approved budget. Additionally, they assist the Director of Quality and Development with financial reporting and budgeting, collaborate with Training, Process, and IT Management to address any issues with training materials, and gather feedback from teams to continuously improve trainings and processes. Other duties as assigned may also be required, and regular attendance is mandatory.
