As employees of our branch in El Mirage, the Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor and Senior Payroll Specialist play crucial roles in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes. The Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor reviews time and attendance reports daily, identifying errors and exceptions to policy. They also review lunch/break penalty hours, project coding, labor hour allocation, and project coding compliance. They collaborate with managers to correct errors, promote adherence to time and attendance policies, and provide progress reports to company leadership. The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing data entry for multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They handle employee and business partner queries, analyze and process off-cycle pay and adjustments, calculate and maintain garnishments, and compile and distribute certified payroll reporting. They also assist with monthly journal entries and month-end analysis. Both roles have additional duties as assigned.
