What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Glendale Branch?
Our Glendale branch is currently seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist and a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for processing warranty requests, managing workload distribution, monitoring manufacturer and vendor websites, and maintaining organized information on rebates and coupons. They will also provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and preparing customer proposal responses, and updating bid documents. They will also assist with PowerPoint presentations and enforce company policies and safety requirements.
