As employees of our branch in Litchfield Park, the Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing a program to continuously improve and track fade/gain in projects. They conduct research on estimates and projects with business case concerns, interviewing various personnel to create root cause analysis and recommend corrective solutions. They provide project management on special projects that affect pre-construction processes and systems, and develop reporting metrics using custom built tracking systems. Additionally, they conduct training needs assessments, deliver training classes, and work with other departments to improve business performance. The Pre-Construction Manager manages workflow within the estimating department, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and develops process and continuous improvement within the department. They supervise quality and efficiency, recruit and manage estimating staff, and participate in department management meetings. They also assist the sales department, track site visits, and ensure pricing and installation costs align. The Lead Designer manages workflow within their design and estimating team, mentors and provides direction to team members, and collaborates with others to develop process improvement. They manage designers and estimators, lead design projects, and provide technical support and leadership. They also recruit and manage staff, participate in department management meetings, and assist the sales department.
