What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Litchfield Park Branch?
The Sales Operations Support Specialist and Sales Support Specialist in our Litchfield Park branch have a variety of duties. The Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for processing warranty requests, monitoring manufacturer and vendor websites, and maintaining organized information on rebate dollars and coupon management. They also provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and are able to work independently on multiple projects. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for organizing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, assisting with RFPs/RFQs, and updating proposal bid documents in compliance with Brand Guidelines. They also assist with PowerPoint presentations and enforce Company Policies and Job Safety requirements. Both positions have additional responsibilities as assigned.
