What will you do as an Office Manager at our IES Communications' Mesa Branch?
As employees of our branch in Mesa, the Office Manager and the Office Support Manager have a range of duties to fulfill. The Office Manager will be responsible for analyzing and researching various files, spreadsheets, flow logs, reports, and tracking material. They will also establish and maintain job books/files, develop reports for manufacturer’s rebates and certifications, review and authorize office supplies and equipment orders, and assign company property and materials. Additionally, the Office Manager will evaluate time sheets, expense and mileage reports, make travel arrangements, reconcile the business travel account, coordinate sales meetings and training, supervise the receptionist, and handle customer sales calls. On the other hand, the Office Support Manager will perform similar tasks such as analyzing and researching files, spreadsheets, flow logs, reports, and tracking material. They will establish and maintain job books/files, manage division support staff, drive proactive approaches and reporting related to billing, procurement, job openings/contracts, and document control. The Office Support Manager will also be responsible for division process analysis and improvement, as well as division process flow development. Both positions require experience, judgment, creativity, flexibility, and the ability to plan and accomplish goals.
