In Mesa, our branch offers three job positions: Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist, Pre-Construction Manager, and Lead Designer. The Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing programs to track and improve fade/gain in projects, conducting root cause analysis, and providing project management on special projects. The Pre-Construction Manager manages workflow within the estimating department, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and supervises quality and efficiency. The Lead Designer manages workflow within their design and estimating team, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and leads design projects from concept to completion. These positions require strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
