What will you do as a Purchasing Administrator at our IES Communications' Mesa Branch?
As employees in our Mesa branch, the Purchasing Administrators are responsible for entering purchasing information into the accounting system, ensuring accurate GL codes, project numbers, and sales tax percentages, as well as verifying proper approvals, preparing orders to vendors, submitting orders, and receiving order confirmations. They also validate taxable materials, research and resolve invoice/PO discrepancies, coordinate returns/credit memos, and assist with processing vendor returns by adjusting POs as required, all while self-managing their assigned workload and completing other responsibilities as assigned.
