What will you do as a Site Manager at our IES Communications' Mesa Branch?
The Site Manager in Mesa is responsible for a range of duties. They must ensure that all project-related staff are recruited, hired, trained, managed, supervised, promoted, disciplined, and discharged if necessary. Additionally, they are responsible for effectively managing and escalating any human resource issues per Company policies and procedures. The Site Manager is also tasked with reviewing subordinate Project Managers' recommendations for project-related employees' performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes. They must provide guidance and mentoring to meet all customer and Company goals and objectives, as well as complete recommendations for subordinate PMs performance ratings. Furthermore, the Site Manager is responsible for managing workload distribution, monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress, and planning for, managing, monitoring, and maintaining project profitability to achieve Company goals. They must review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including preparing invoices, customer collections, and periodic financial reporting to the customer and management. The Site Manager is also responsible for managing multiple scopes of work, participating in and/or facilitating the bid process, managing all related quality and safety issues on customer work, and acting as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s). Additionally, they are responsible for creating, developing, and implementing account process improvement(s), as well as any other responsibilities assigned to them.
