They are experienced in supporting various hardware, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and network equipment. They also provide technical support to users and perform network troubleshooting. The Senior Network Administrator has an additional responsibility of ensuring company standards, policies, and procedures are followed. Both positions assist in the maintenance of IP-based telephony systems and server maintenance, along with other assigned responsibilities.
