As employees at our branch in Peoria, our Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor are responsible for reviewing time and attendance reports on a daily basis to identify errors and exceptions to policy. They also review Lunch/Break Penalty Hours, project coding, and labor hour allocation to ensure compliance with company policies. They work closely with managers to correct identified errors and promote a culture of adherence to Time and Attendance policies. Additionally, they maintain progress reports and provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure program success. Our Senior Payroll Specialist, on the other hand, processes data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They handle employee and business partner queries and are responsible for off-cycle pay, special payments, adjustments, and reversals. They also perform manual garnishment calculations, compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting, and assist with monthly journal entries and analysis. Both roles have other assigned responsibilities as well.
