The Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist in our branch in Peoria is responsible for developing a program to continuously improve and track fade/gain in projects, conducting research on estimates and projects with business case concerns, interviewing various personnel to create root cause analysis and recommended corrective solutions, providing project management on special projects, developing reporting metrics using tracking systems, conducting training needs assessments and training classes, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining organization standards, working with other departments to improve business performance, identifying process improvements with auditing teams, and assisting in designing and implementing new training programs. The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for managing workflow within the estimating department, mentoring and providing direction to estimators and designers, developing process and continuous improvement within the department, supervising quality and efficiency, recruiting and managing estimating staff, participating in management meetings, assisting the sales department, tracking site visits and conditions, acting as a liaison with other departments, ensuring sales price and installation costs coincide, providing workload and cost estimates, following company guidelines, attending training sessions, learning new technologies, providing technical sales support, and assisting with project design. The Lead Designer is responsible for managing workflow within their design and estimating team, mentoring and providing direction to estimators and designers, developing process and continuous improvement within the department, supervising quality and efficiency, providing leadership and relationship skills, managing designers and estimators, leading design projects, coordinating system scope and design with clients, conducting needs assessments, maintaining active roles in meetings, reviewing design work, serving as a technical lead and mentor, developing and maintaining relationships, collaborating with other leads and content producers, conducting performance reviews, participating in management meetings, assisting the sales department, tracking site visits and conditions, acting as a liaison with other departments, ensuring sales price and installation costs coincide, providing workload and cost estimates, following company guidelines, attending training sessions, learning new technologies, providing technical support, and assisting with project design.
