What will you do as a Training Manager at our IES Communications' Peoria Branch?
As the Training Manager in our Peoria branch, your main responsibilities will include reviewing existing training programs and suggesting enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention. You will ensure that training materials and programs are up-to-date, accurate, and effective, staying informed about new training methods and techniques relevant to our organization and industry. Identifying problems and opportunities for improvement, you will conduct or facilitate required training sessions and ensure training milestones and goals are met within the approved budget. Additionally, you will assist the Director of Quality and Development with financial reporting and budgeting, collaborate with Training, Process, and IT Management to correct any training materials issues, and gather feedback from teams to enhance trainings and processes. Other related duties may be assigned, and regular attendance is mandatory.
