Our technicians are hands-on with all scheduled data center MACs (Moves/Adds/Changes/Deletes), ensuring hardware installation, power connectivity, and network cable connectivity are executed flawlessly. They uphold our commitment to safety, security, and compliance through meticulous asset management, auditing, and documentation while providing smart-hands assistance across various sites within specified SLA response times.
