As employees of our Phoenix branch, the Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for ensuring that Program Managers effectively handle human resource issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, while also reviewing their recommendations for Project Managers' performance ratings, promotions, and pay changes. They provide guidance and mentoring to Program Managers to help them meet customer and company goals, as well as approving recommendations for subordinate PMs' performance ratings. Additionally, they develop strategies for managing project profitability, review financial reporting, and participate in the bid process, all while ensuring compliance with company and client quality and safety policies. The Director also acts as a company liaison for interfacing with customer representatives and implements account process improvements as needed.
