What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Phoenix Branch?
Our branch in Phoenix is seeking employees for the positions of Junior System Administrator and System Administrator. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software, providing first and second level telephone support, identifying and resolving computer system malfunctions, and providing remote IT support. They will also assist the IT team with server maintenance and other assigned responsibilities. The System Administrator will ensure company standards are followed, install and maintain computers and networks, provide second and third level telephone support, diagnose network issues, and configure network devices. They will also assist with IP based telephony systems and server maintenance, and perform other assigned responsibilities.
