What will you do as a Controls Technician at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
In our Scottsdale branch, our Controls Technician Level II team members are skilled in pulling, installing, and terminating low voltage cabling, adept at reading prints, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications, proficient in installing control panels and controllers, as well as bending 1/2 inch to 1-inch conduit. Meanwhile, our Senior Lead Controls Technicians play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, managing, and supervising project-related staff, ensuring the seamless management of human resources issues in line with company policies. They are responsible for maintaining project profitability, scheduling technicians for site and pre-construction shop work, managing workload distribution, and overseeing job completion to ensure productivity and adherence to project budgets.
