What will you do as a Network Administrator at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
Junior Network Administrator: Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software in our Scottsdale branch. Assists IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provides first and second level telephone support. Also performs diagnostics of network issues and provides remote IT support, while supporting the IT team and resolving computer system malfunctions.
Senior Network Administrator: Ensures adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures in our Scottsdale branch. Installs, configures, and maintains computers, networks, and related hardware and software. Provides first and second level telephone support, performs diagnostics of network issues, and offers remote IT support. Also responsible for configuring network devices, assisting with IP-based telephony systems, and supporting the IT team in server maintenance.
