The Office Manager is responsible for analyzing and researching various files and reports, as well as maintaining job books and developing reports for rebates and certifications. They also handle office supplies, equipment, and furniture orders, manage travel arrangements, and coordinate sales meetings and training. Additionally, the Office Manager supervises the receptionist and handles customer sales calls. On the other hand, the Office Support Manager focuses on analyzing files and reports, managing division support staff, and driving proactive approaches and reporting related to billing, procurement, job openings/contracts, and document control. They also work on process analysis and improvement, as well as process flow development. Both positions require experience, judgment, creativity, and flexibility to accomplish goals effectively.
