In Scottsdale, our branch is seeking a Program Manager with expertise in project management, program strategy, team leadership, pre-construction engagement, client engagement, scope and budget management, vendor and supplier coordination, compliance and regulations, risk assessment and mitigation, quality assurance, documentation and reporting, continuous improvement, and stakeholder communication. This role requires accountability for business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the program, such as safety, quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and program growth.
