What will you do as a Project Controller at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
Our branch in Scottsdale is currently seeking a Project Controller who will play a crucial role in assisting project managers with budget development and chart of accounts for each project. They will be responsible for tracking job costs from start to completion and forecasting total billing costs for project managers and clients. Additionally, they will ensure contract compliance, provide assistance in resolving open items with customers, and ensure efficient job close-out. The Project Controller will work closely with timekeepers, payroll, and other project controls employees, and must have the ability to read and understand project schedules. Experience with MS Project or P6 Primavera, as well as knowledge of cost and resource loaded project schedules, would be beneficial. Other duties may be assigned by the manager.
