What will you do as a Project Cost Analyst at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
As employees of our Scottsdale branch, the Project Cost Analyst, Project Cost Analyst Manager, and Project Cost Supervisor all play integral roles in managing, monitoring, and maintaining project profitability to achieve Company goals. The Project Cost Analyst is responsible for overseeing project cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition, while also participating in cost review meetings and preparing budget and financial forecasts. The Project Cost Analyst Manager takes on additional responsibilities, such as recruiting, hiring, and managing staff, as well as providing guidance and mentoring to meet customer and Company objectives. The Project Cost Supervisor, on the other hand, supervises 1-2 Project Cost Analysts, assists with creating and revising job audit review processes, and implements underbilling reduction strategies, in addition to other duties. All three positions collaborate with project personnel to prepare required project reporting and handle any other assigned responsibilities.
