What will you do as a Senior Project Manager at our IES Communications' Scottsdale Branch?
Our branch in Scottsdale is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Managers to join our team. As our employees, Senior Project Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, managing, supervising, promoting, disciplining, and discharging project-related staff as needed. They effectively handle all human resource issues in accordance with company policies and procedures and escalate when necessary. Senior Project Managers also provide guidance and mentoring to ensure customer and company goals and objectives are met, manage workload distribution, monitor customer delivery and job installation progress, and maintain project profitability. They review job cost postings, prepare invoices, handle customer collections, and provide periodic financial reporting. Additionally, they manage multiple scopes of work, participate in the bid process, oversee quality and safety issues, act as the company liaison with customers, and implement account process improvements. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
