As employees of our branch in Surprise, the Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing a program to continuously improve and track fade/gain in projects, conducting root cause analysis to recommend corrective solutions, providing project management on special projects, developing reporting metrics, conducting training needs assessments and training classes, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining quality service, working with other departments to improve business performance, identifying process improvements, and assisting with the design and implementation of new training programs. The Pre-Construction Manager manages workflow within the estimating department, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, develops process and continuous improvement within the department, supervises quality and efficiency, recruits and manages estimating staff, participates in management meetings, assists the sales department, tracks site visits, ensures sales price and installation costs coincide, provides workload direction for project estimating, writes scope of work and cost estimates, follows company guidelines, obtains best solutions and competitive prices, provides floor plan takeoffs, performs project post-mortems, attends training sessions, learns new technologies, provides technical sales support, assists with project design, and performs other assigned responsibilities. The Lead Designer manages workflow within their design and estimating team, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, develops process and continuous improvement within the department, supervises quality and efficiency, provides leadership and relationship skills, manages designers and estimators, leads design projects, provides design and production support, coordinates system scope and design layout, conducts needs assessments, maintains active role in meetings, reviews in-progress design work, serves as a technical lead and mentor, develops and maintains effective working relationships, collaborates with other leads, conducts performance reviews, participates in management meetings, assists the sales department, tracks site visits, ensures sales price and installation costs coincide, provides workload direction for project estimating, writes scope of work and cost estimates, follows company guidelines, obtains best solutions and competitive prices, provides floor plan takeoffs, performs project post-mortems, attends training sessions, learns new technologies, provides technical sales support, and performs other assigned responsibilities.
