What duties do our Warehouse employees do at our IES Communications' Surprise Branch?
Our Fabrication Warehouse Manager in Surprise is responsible for managing P&L, forecasting and managing staffing needs, developing and managing internal orders, safety, quality, and tooling needs, and coordinating deliverables with Operation teams. The Materials Operation Specialist will be responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, completing daily activities such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and auditing, and managing inventory in the IES Inventory database. The Warehouse Assistant will also be responsible for packaging, labeling, and tagging warehouse inventory, completing daily activities, and maintaining warehouse quality. All three positions will work in accordance with 5S organization and Lean principles, efficiently carrying out all task assignments, and completing other responsibilities as assigned.
