What will you do as a Project Manager Assistant at our IES Communications' Tucson Branch?

Our employees in Tucson serve as Project Manager Assistants, responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including word processing, filing, timekeeping, records management, and correspondence, as well as processing project-related financial documents and maintaining project financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures. They also monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety issues, act as the project administrator for customer interactions, implement project process improvements, manage calendars and travel itineraries, assist with program accounting, and perform various reporting and auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Some minimal travel may be required to project sites on a quarterly basis.
