They will both establish and maintain job books/files and develop reports for various purposes. The Office Manager will also oversee office supplies and equipment, while the Office Support Manager will manage division support staff and drive proactive reporting related to billing, procurement, job openings/contracts and document control. Both positions will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals through creativity and flexibility. Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
