They also review Lunch/Break Penalty Hours, project coding, labor hour allocation, invalid projects, and project coding compliance. These professionals collaborate with managers to correct errors, ensure appropriate remediation, and promote adherence to Time and Attendance policies. They maintain progress reports and provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership while communicating and collaborating with multiple departments and team members for program success. Additionally, they perform any other duties assigned to them. Similarly, the Senior Payroll Specialist processes data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They handle employee and business partner queries, analyze and process off-cycle pay and special payments, calculate and maintain manual garnishments, and compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting. They also assist with monthly journal entries, month-end analysis, and adjusting journal entries for payroll expense and accruals.
