Our Director of Quality and Development leads the charge, overseeing the training and quality department while directly managing quality managers, soft skills trainers, and administrative staff. This role is pivotal in supervising the creation of all training materials, ensuring they meet internal and external needs and fostering strong relationships for collaboration and success. Alongside them, our Quality Training Specialists and Senior Quality Training Specialists develop and deliver trade-related, project management, and delivery training, both hands-on and theoretical, to prepare employees effectively. They also play a crucial role in conducting assessments and evaluations to ensure our training programs are effective and up to standard. Additionally, our Soft Skills Trainers are instrumental in developing comprehensive soft skills training, utilizing a variety of methods to enhance our employees' capabilities.
