As a Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor at our branch in Irvine, your duties will include reviewing time and attendance reports on a daily basis to identify errors and exceptions to policy. You will also be responsible for reviewing Lunch/Break Penalty Hours and ensuring project coding and labor hour allocation compliance. Additionally, you will partner with managers to correct identified errors and promote a culture of adherence to Time and Attendance policies. Maintaining progress reports, providing recurring reporting to Company Leadership, and collaborating with multiple departments and team members to ensure program success are also part of your responsibilities. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Handling employee and business partner queries, analyzing and processing off-cycle pay and special payments, and calculating and maintaining manual garnishments are also part of your role. You will compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting and assist with monthly journal entries and analysis. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
