What will you do as a Safety Manager at our IES Communications' Irvine Branch?
Our employees in Irvine, including the Division Safety Manager, Regional Safety Manager, and Safety Manager, are responsible for fully supporting all IES and Client and Site safety policies, procedures, and programs as well as Federal and State Standards. They work with all levels of supervision and management to ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct frequent jobsite inspections. Additionally, they develop and conduct safety training, deliver safety presentations, and coordinate safety audits to identify potential hazards and develop safety action plans. Our employees also participate in OSHA inspection processes, conduct root cause investigations, and maintain safety-related records and reports. They are dedicated to upholding the IES Safety Culture and teaching, counseling, and mentoring all stakeholders in safety practices. Other responsibilities may also be assigned to them as needed.
