What will you do as a Sales Support at our IES Communications' Irvine Branch?
In our Irvine branch, we have two important job positions available: Sales Operations Support Specialist and Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for receiving incoming webmail warranty requests and processing warranties in the manufacturer's website. They must also save documents in the IES drive and become familiar with each manufacturer's warranty registration process. Additionally, they monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates and maintain detailed information on manufacturer rebate dollars and coupon management. They also provide labeling services for the Tempe branch and assist with customer submittal requests. The Sales Support Specialist, on the other hand, is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and maintaining prequal folders, and assisting the sales team with RFPs/RFQs and customer proposal responses. They also assist in opening Web IDs and compiling information for opening jobs. They enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and job safety requirements. Both positions require the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and assist with other responsibilities as assigned.
