What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Los Angeles Branch?
Our branch in Los Angeles is currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and cooperation. The main responsibilities of this role include preparing, scheduling, and coordinating weekly updates, managing workload distribution, and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. The Project Coordinator will also review and upload test results, physically measure rooms to ensure accuracy, and assist with various project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance. Additionally, they will collaborate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain a calendar for project implementation and completion. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality. They should also possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to create and revise complex spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs. The Project Coordinator will assist the program accounting department by spot checking costs and analyzing resource graphs to verify schedule progress. They will also interact and track program level billing, reporting, and metrics, and perform reporting audits for accuracy. The role will involve maintaining program level dashboards, providing necessary elements for weekly/monthly reports, and participating in project closeout activities.
