In our Sacramento branch, the Data Center Integration Services (DCIS) Project Manager and Data Center Supervisor roles are pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The DCIS Project Manager is tasked with leading project teams, managing all aspects of project profitability, quality, and safety while serving as a liaison between our company and our clients, striving for process improvements and successful delivery and installation of projects. They also play a crucial role in workforce management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and mentorship to align with both customer and company goals. On the other hand, our Data Center Supervisor directly oversees day-to-day operations, focusing on hardware installations, moves/adds/changes (MACs), shift scheduling, team development, asset management, and maintaining rigorous data center security and compliance standards. Both positions require hands-on technical expertise, from server/network equipment rack installation and configuration to ensuring the physical and operational integrity of the data center environment, thus guaranteeing that we meet our commitment to providing secure, efficient, and high-quality services to our clients.
