They also review Lunch/Break Penalty Hours and ensure project coding and labor hour allocation compliance. Collaborating with managers, they ensure identified errors are corrected and promote a culture of adherence to Time and Attendance policies. They maintain progress reports and provide recurring reporting to Company Leadership, communicating and collaborating with multiple departments for program success. Additionally, our Senior Payroll Specialist processes data entry for multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. They handle employee and business partner queries, analyze and process off-cycle pay, and calculate and maintain manual garnishments. They also compile and distribute Certified Payroll reporting and assist with monthly journal entries and analysis. Both roles have additional responsibilities as assigned.
