The Sales Operations Support Specialist is responsible for handling incoming webmail warranty requests and processing warranties on the manufacturer's website. They must also save documents in the IES drive and become familiar with each manufacturer's warranty registration process. Additionally, they monitor manufacturer and vendor websites for updates, maintain information on rebate dollars and coupon management, and provide labeling services for the Tempe branch. This role requires self-sufficiency, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in Excel. The Sales Support Specialist, on the other hand, is responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, organizing and preparing customer proposal responses, and assisting in opening jobs and maintaining licenses. They also update proposal bid documents and enforce company policies and safety requirements. Both positions have additional responsibilities as assigned.
