Our branch in Sacramento is currently seeking both a Junior System Administrator and a System Administrator to join our IT team. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also assist IT Technicians in preparing devices for end users and provide first and second level telephone support and problem resolution. Additionally, they will identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, perform diagnostics, and provide remote IT support. The System Administrator, on the other hand, will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will also install, configure, and maintain computers and networks, provide second and third level telephone support, and identify and resolve system malfunctions. Both positions will involve providing technical support to users, assisting with server maintenance, and performing other assigned responsibilities.
