What will you do as a Controls Technician at our IES Communications' San Diego Branch?

At our San Diego branch, we're proud to have a team that includes both Controls Technician Level II and Senior Lead Controls Technicians, each playing a crucial role in the success of our projects. Our Controls Technician Level II experts are adept at handling low voltage cabling, reading various technical diagrams, installing control panels and controllers, and mastering conduit work from 1/2 inch to 1-inch. On the other hand, our Senior Lead Controls Technicians take on leadership roles by managing project-related staff effectively, ensuring all human resource issues align with company policies, and guiding their teams towards meeting customer and company goals. They also focus on maintaining project profitability, scheduling tasks efficiently, and acting as the primary liaison with customers, ensuring every project is completed to our high standards while promoting safety and process improvement.
